BARROW Raiders Max Clarke will be hoping he can help keep Wales’ World Cup dream alive tonight.

Clarke is in the 20-man squad which faces Serbia tonight.

The Welsh know they need to win at Stade d'Albert Domec, Carcassonne in France this evening to keep alive their hopes of qualifying for the World Cup.

Clarke will be hoping to build on his last international outing where he came off the bench to score a try in the 22-16 friendly win over Jamaica.

The Reggae Warriors side featured Raiders’ Delaine Gittens-Bedward.

Meanwhile, his Raiders team-mates Charlie Emslie and Brett Carter have been called up for international duty with Scotland.

The pair were both named in the Braveheart’s 21-man squad to face Ireland this Sunday.

The clash will take place at the Gateshead International Stadium (Kick-Off 2pm).

The game will be the first international fixture to be played in the north east since the last Rugby League World Cup.
