CHELTENHAM Town can’t be underestimated ahead of today’s clash at Holker Street.

Barrow AFC head coach Stephen Clemence doesn’t think his side need to fear anyone, especially on home turf.

But by the same token he and his side won’t be taking anyone for granted.

It’s been a less than happy return to life in League Two for today’s visitors.

Having been relegated from League One at the end of last season, The Robins will have been hoping to bounce straight back.

However, Michael Flynn’s side find themselves 16th in the league table having won five of their nine league games so far this term, losing three and drawing one.

While they have yet to hit their straps, Clemence knows Town could still be a side to be reckoned with.

He said: “I spent my day (Wednesday) watching them.

“They’ve obviously got a very experienced manager. He knows the division inside out.

“They’re a team that’s been relegated from the division above, so they are still going to possess good players that have played at a higher level, and they are very well organised, and obviously they’ve got a threat.

“So it’s going to be a game where we are going to have to perform well to get a result.

“But we know that if we work hard and perform to the level that we are capable of, then Cheltenham will have to worry about us.

“It’s good to be back at home. It’s been a bit of a fortress for us this season and we want to build on that and for that to continue."
