BARROW AFC goalkeeper Paul Farman knows he and his team-mates have their work cut out this evening.
Championship side Derby County are the visitors for a round two Carabao Cup clash.
Facing a team two divisions above them, Farman admits will be far from easy, but he says the side are ready to give it a go.
Speaking to the club’s official YouTube channel, he said: “It will be a tough test. They are where they are (the Championship) and we are in League Two.
“So, it’s a chance to get up against these boys, when we do get drawn against them.
“And who knows if we do pull of a performance where we do win, who knows what we could draw in the next round.”
Form many the Rams will be pre-match favourites, but they face a Bluebirds side high on confidence.
Framan, who made 150th appearance for the club against Port Vale on Saturday, added: “It’s (Derby) a massive club with a lot of players, good players and players who have been around a bit, so it is going to be a tough test.
“But maybe the game Saturday (a 4-0 home win over Port Vale in League Two) has helped us going into this game, but we do know it is going to be tough.
“We will do our best out there as we always do.
“It’s always good to be at home. I feel like it would be really tough away at their place.
“But let’s get them up here (Holker Street) and see if we can pull off another good performance.”
