BARROW AFC head coach Stephen Clemence says he will make a late decision on whether defender Rory Feely can face Port Vale today.
The Bluebirds boss hopes to have Feely at his disposal, but won’t take any unnecessary risks.
He told The Mail: “Rory will be a late call.
“He hopefully will be in contention, but I’ll make a late call on that one.”
Mazeed Ogungbo, Sam Barnes and Chris Stokes will all sit out the game with The Valiants.
Ogungbo is expected to be out for a while yet as he continues to work his way back from a knee injury picked up against Kilmarnock in pre-season.
Barnes has yet to feature since joining the club in the summer following his exit from Balckburn Rovers, but the club’s backroom staff are working with the player to get him up to speed.
Fellow summer arrival Stokes has missed the last couple of games with an injury
“I don’t expect those boys to be back this weekend,” Clemence added. “But other than that it’s as you were.”
