BARROW AFC will start their 2024/25 League Two campaign on home turf as they face Crewe Alexandra at Holker Street on Saturday, August 10.
Following that they make a short trip to face Carlisle United – the all-Cumbrian clash taking place on Saturday, August 17.
Carlisle will visit make the return visit to Holker Street on Saturday, March 1.
The Bluebirds head coach Stephen Clemence will lock horns with his former club Gillingham on Saturday, September 28.
Other clashes of note are the home and away fixtures against Morecambe – the home clash will be held on Saturday, October 12, while the trip to face the Shrimps is on Saturday, March 15.
Boxing Day sees the Bluebirds on their travels as they take on Salford City away, while New Year’s Day sees them entertain Bradford City.
The opening month looks set to provide Clemence’s tenure with a tough start – as well as kicking off against a Crewe Alexandra team who finished in the play-off spots last term, they face two newly relegated teams in Carlisle United and Port Vale.
The Valiants will make their way to Cumbria on Saturday, August 24.
They round off August with an away game against Harrogate Town on Saturday, August 31.
