MILLOM will play league leaders Shaw Cross at home in Division Two of the National Conference after the game was switched to Devonshire Road.
The change in venue came following a pitch inspection at the Dewsbury ground.
The Woolybacks delay naming their final 17, but not on the bus are former Barrow forward Andrew “Bruie” Dawson and Jackson Evans who are both unavailable.
Missing through injury are Jonty Peters (ankle) Dom O’Brien (hamstring) and Owen High (ankle).
Speaking ahead of the trip deep into Yorkshire, coach Brad Crellin said: “We have a few missing but will still travel with a strong squad, and look to compete with the top side in the division.”
Barrow Island are also out of town they go to Wigan St Jude’s without Elliot Campbell while on the plus side Scott Hadwin makes a welcome return to the squad.
Roose Pioneers travel to Leigh Miners “A” in the first round of the North West Men’s Leagues Trophy.
Pioneers are without Matty Roberts, Craig Deakin, Sam Lester, Antoni Kudelski and Grant Robinson. On the plus Sam Johnson, Duane Gaitskell and Tyler Brady return.
Hindpool received a bye in the same competition after Ashton Bear's “A” pulled out.
In the Cumberland league, Askam are in the West of the county to face Wath Brow “A” minus Jackson Marley-Johnson, Luke Bolton and Lewis Affleck.
Back on board are Rob Cockayne along with Lucas James and new recruit Lewis Stables, who are set to make their debuts.
The Barrow and District League season got underway on Wednesday, at the John Jefferson Stadium where Barrow Island “A” defeated Roose/Hindpool 42-20 after trailing 16-20 at the break.
Tries for the Island came via Leni Regan (2), Seth Woodend (2),Ben Atkinson, Farrel Okane and Finley Dutton-Rosconie (2). Dutton-Rosconie also kicked 10 goals.
For the visitors, Charlie Crawford, Brad Rowan, Oli Dilkes and Jack Osman crossed for tries with Dilkes adding two goals.
Ulverston the holders are through to the final of the Barton Townley Cup following their 30-16 victory over Roose Pioneers.
They now face Millom in the final. Tries for the Dragley Beck side came from Jack Aiken, Josh Catlett, Marc Storey, Max Nisbitt, Dave Beck and Jai Smoothy, who also added three goals.
Tries for Pioneers came from Matty Roberts, Euan James, and Josh McConnell with Roberts adding two goals.
