BARROW AFC boss has called for his side to show 'quality' in front of goal ahead of their trip to Colchester.
The Bluebirds come into the clash with Matty Etherington's Us at the Jobserve Community Stadium after their 1-0 victory over Crawley Town at Holker Street.
This victory extended the Bluebirds' unbeaten streak in all competitions to nine games, with Wild's side looking to extend this run into double figures against Etherington's 17th-placed Colchester.
Ahead of the clash, Wild discussed what he is expecting from his side when they step out on the pitch for their latest away day.
He said: "I want to be tough to play against, hard to beat first and foremost.
"Be resilient away from home and when we get our opportunities to attack, let's do that with some good quality and get into good areas like we know we can do."
Wild also discussed the rigorous planning that goes into each matchday and shared his delight that everybody at the club is operating on the same wavelength.
He said: "We have spent months trying to get our broader plan that does not change every week, so the moment that they understand the broader plan great and it is just the little bits of details that we think can hurt the opposition.
"We are really pleased that players are referencing that and I think one of our biggest successes is that everybody is on the same page.
