KENDAL Town FC announced the signing of Barrow-born goalkeeper, Curtis Anderson today.
Anderson will have to hit the ground running, as he has gone straight into today's game against Barnoldswick Town covering for Chris Cheetham.
According to Kendal Town FC, Anderson is an England U17s World Cup winner, starring with Phil Foden and Jadon Sancho.
His former clubs include Manchester City, Wycombe Wanderers and Lancaster City.
First team manager Jimmy Marshall said: "I’m delighted to sign a player of Curtis’ ability and background. He comes with real pedigree and hopefully will fit in seamlessly today in the absence of Chris Cheetham."
