THE running group Hoad Hill Harriers put on a good show at Coniston 14 despite a showery day.
30 runners from the group went to the road race. The race starts and ends at John Ruskin School and navigates around the water.
The race raises money for charities and clubs such as St Mary's Hospice, Ulverston Mind, and the local mountain rescue.
The race started at 11 am on Saturday, March 25.
The race participants were pictured with the local Westmorland and Lonsdale MP Tim Farron.
The ladies (Lizzie Browne, Sharon Dixon, Heather Heppenstall and Lauren Booth) won the first-team prize.
The men (Luke Turner, Charlie Jeffrey, Darren Coward and Gary Dover) won the third team prize.
