The planned staging of the FIM Speedway of the Nations final at the National Speedway Stadium at Belle Vue in Manchester has been called off.
Organisers recently confirmed the event is to be moved to a Mainland European venue. The latest covid-19 restrictions here in the UK would have made it difficult for overseas riders to comply with quarantine rules. A bitter blow for the many fans who`d planned to attend. The organisers are quick to point out this is only a temporary measure and plans are to run the event back at Belle Vue in 2021
