Junior boxer Mason Cooke made an explosive start in Barrow ABC colours with a first-round knockout victory in Liverpool.
Cooke was up against an opponent representing the host club Frankie Knuckles Boxing ABC and he wasted no time in getting on top after stepping into the ring.
The bout was over within 30 seconds as the 14-year-old Brook Street fighter pummelled his opponent with a flurry of punches before the referee stepped in to stop the contest.
Barrow ABC novice Layla Bradley was also in action in a skills bout against an opponent from the host club.
The 12-year-old equipped herself well in the ring, and she also got to meet former world middleweight champion Martin Murray.
