IT was an action-packed day of rugby league at Devonshire Road, as matches took place left, right and centre on Millom RLFC's pitches.
As well as a mini RL festival for under-sixes, under-sevens and under-eights, there were competitive Barrow Youth League games at older levels.
Barrow Island rand out winners against Millom in the under-10s division, triumphing by 10 tries to five.
Rohan Fallows crossed twice for the home side, with Jake Middleton, Klayden Wright and Jack Barker also on the scoresheet.
Millom enjoyed success at under-14s level against Hindpool Tigers, winning 28-14.
Mitchell McMeekin, Joel Eland, Aidan Wilson, Jake Procter, Jude Lupton and Roman Minter all went over the whitewash for the Woollybacks, with. Eland and Lupton kicking a conversion each.
Luke Buchanan, Ethan Buchanan and Cody Robinson scored the Hindpool tried, with Ryan Kyte landing one conversion.
