Shop Barrow Day is set to return on Saturday (November 30) encouraging people to shop locally this Christmas.
Barrow BID are working in partnership with Westmorland and Furness Council to offer free parking this Saturday on all town centre W&F Council car parks.
There will also be plenty of live music as well as the Extreme Mountain Bike Show with young World Champions Oli and Eddie Weightman performing their mountain bike stunt show throughout the day on Dalton Rd.

Paul Hodgson, the Project Manager of Barrow BID, said: "As part of Shop Barrow Day and to tie in with Small Business Saturday, Barrow BID have been highlighting some of the amazing town centre businesses which Barrow town centre has to offer."
The businesses included such examples as Jenny Stitches haberdashery shop, The Little Flower Company, Pepperland's Collect shop, The Little Flower Company and Expressions clothing and gifts shop.
There are also many other independent businesses to be found with wander down Barrow's high street.
To further encourage people to come into the town centre for their Christmas gifts, Barrow BID has funded all of the town centre council car parks, meaning they will be free all day.
The car parks include: Emlyn Street, Whittaker Street, Hall Street, Oldham Street, Fell Street and Market Street.
Town centre business employees are asked to park in Emlyn Street where possible to leave closer car parking spaces for customers.
There will also be plenty of free live entertainment.
Throughout the day, buskers will be performing Christmassy music throughout the town centre, creating a more festive vibe for visitors beginning their Christmas shopping in Barrow.
The return of the Extreme Mountain Bike show will see performances by the statue at 10:30, 12:30 and 2:30 you won't want to miss World Champions Oli and Eddie and their amazing stunts.
