A BARROW man has been found guilty of sexually assaulting a girl under the age of 13.
Jordan Emms, of Middle Hill, Barrow, was on trial at Preston Crown Court last week.
The 38-year-old was found unanimously guilty by a jury of two counts of assaulting an underage girl by touching and one charge of causing/inciting a girl under 13 to engage in sexual activity.
His Honour Judge Richard Gioserano said he will be sentenced on December 16.
