A series of free events in Barrow are planning to help children reach out to Santa ahead of the big day.
Organised by Holiday Inn Express on Market Street, the events will start on November 30 and will run every weekend up until December 22.
Taking place between 11am and 2pm every Saturday and Sunday, kids will be invited to write their Christmas letters to the North Pole - getting a free hot chocolate in the process to boost their creativity.
They will then be able to return to the branch the week after, where a personalised reply from Father Christmas himself will be waiting, along with a small festive treat.
There is no need to book in advance - anyone is welcome to show up on the day to write their letter.
The scheme was first set up by the hotel in 2022 to help parents with the cost of Christmas, knowing it is 'the little things in life that go along way' at this time of year.
