Barrow's Dock Museum is closed this weekend due to problems with its heating system.
The museum first closed on Thursday due to essential maintenance on the system however was unable to re-open again on Friday as staff were still awaiting a part to resolve the issue.
An update provided by Westmorland and Furness council confirmed that the museum still would not be able to be re-opened.

A council spokesperson said: "Unfortunately, we have not been able to fully complete the maintenance work on the heating system at the The Dock Museum and the museum will therefore be closed this weekend.
"Apologies to anyone planning a visit to the museum this Saturday or Sunday. We will provide further updates next week."
The museum also apologised on its Facebook to anyone who had planned on a visit and urged people to keep checking the page for updates.
Visitors are reminded that the museum is closed on Monday and Tuesday anyway.
