She said: "We're over the moon and really chuffed to have been selected. We make nice, simple homemade food and make sure we always give everyone a warm welcome.
"We're in a really nice location and the mill is a popular attraction therefore we have such a good customer base.
"We get walkers and cyclists who pop in and also many dog walkers as we're very dog friendly.
"We're very grateful to them and I'd really like to thank our locals too who come in regularly.
"It really means a lot to us as it supports us during our quieter times.
"And thank you to everyone who to took the time to vote for us, we're really over the moon."
There will now be two weeks of voting as readers are encouraged to pick their ultimate champion, which will be revealed in December.
