POLICE swooped on two people as they made arrests in a town centre.
Police arrested two people in Barrow after they allegedly failed to turn up for court.
Tactical Support Group officers encountered a woman on Dalton Road with an outstanding warrant for failing to attend court, Cumbria Police said.
While there they came across a second person, a man, also sought for failing to attend court, arresting him as well.
The incident happened just before 11.30am on Wednesday.
