Barrow is set to benefit from 'significant investment' that will help 100 businesses in the town.
The new Barrow100 campaign was officially announced by Enterprising Cumbria on Friday, November 15.
The plans focus on bringing extra funding to the area with local businesses targeted to help them 'rise to the challenge' and fast-track their 'growth journey'.
Enterprising Cumbria was launched in July this year, backed by both Cumberland Council and Westmorland and Furness Council, to boost the economic development of the county.
