The winner can now be exclusively revealed for The Mail's 'Best Curry House 2024' award.
Two weeks of highly competitive voting came to an end earlier this month, with readers using their copies of The Mail to show their support for their favourite places for a bit of spice in the area.
Ten finalists, chosen from nominations from the public, were competing to be crowned as the ultimate champion.

Your votes mean that Aroma Indian Dining, found on King Street in Ulverston, has been named as the best curry house of the year.
The owners, who opened the restaurant in 2019, said: "Thank you so much for this incredible recognition - we’re truly honoured.
"This award means so much to our entire team, whose hard work and dedication make every visit to Aroma special - we couldn’t be prouder of what we’ve achieved together. "
Aroma has been building on the success of British Raj Indian Cuisine, a 100-seater establishment that had been serving customers for over 15 years before the new team moved in.
