The Hoad Monument in Ulverston welcomed a crew of YouTubers as they took on a one-mile challenge.
The 'All The Gear' crew set themselves the imposing task of making it to the top of a lighthouse with the Cumbrian town and its most notable landmark acting as the perfect backdrop.
The challenge involved taking on 5,000 steps in one sitting, the equivalent of climbing The Shard in London over five times.
Ethan Smale and Jack Joy were the two online stars given permission to enter the monument by Councillor Graham Scrogham - the Senior Lighthouse Keeper and the Mayor of Ulverston.

Jack said: "When he told us that he had a lighthouse, we couldn't really refuse."
"It's not really a lighthouse," Ethan added, "but a lot of the locals refer to it as a lighthouse without a light."
Adding to the fun of the endeavour, Graham also hid 12 Freddos throughout the monument to give the boys an even greater challenge.
With the building being 100 feet tall, the pair had access to 82 steps at a time, which resulted in them having to go up and down 87 times in total.

"That is two hours and 40 minutes of just moving but we're not going to go at that pace obviously," Ethan explained.
"We might do 10 laps, up and down, at that pace, but that pace will dramatically drop."
Adding to the difficulty of that undertaking was the spiral staircase that the monument is known for, making it even trickier to ascend and descend.
Graham was there to encourage both Ethan and Jack through the challenge adding that he did not have 'any records of anyone doing this' and that the pair would deserve their place on the wall if they completed the one-mile task.
In the end, the pair finished after nearly five hours of climbing though they were not in any rush to do it for a second time.
