An event in Barrow this weekend is going to offer 'everything from natural therapies to unique handmade gifts'.

The Roots of Life Holistic Health and Wellbeing Event is taking place at Abbey House Hotel on Sunday, November 10 from 10.30am to 4.30pm.

With over 50 stallholders involved, visitors will be able to start their Christmas shopping early while 'nourishing their mind, body, and spirit'.

The organisers added: "Engage with local practitioners, indulge in a therapy session, or gain insight through our enlightening free talks scheduled throughout the day.

"In the spirit of community, we will also host a raffle to benefit CancerCare, who provide essential support to those in need.

"Whether you’re seeking personal growth, health insights, or simply a peaceful day out, the Roots of Life event promises something for everyone."
