"We're thrilled to showcase not just the impressive vehicles we have lined up, but also the top-tier performance services we offer.
"From enhanced power and efficiency to simple solution services, we're here to help customers experience driving like never before."
Having called Ulverston their home since the business was first set up, the added site will be based at Regus House on Admiral Way in Sunderland.
"We've had a busy day at HQ and look forward to busier days ahead - we are all set up with brand new equipment and ready to start taking bookings right away.
"Please go and show your support for our new branch, we can't wait to be offering our services to even more of you.
"Thanks again for all your support, none of this would have been possible without you all."
The business currently offers both in-house and mobile appointments, with the expansion set to allow its team of mechanics reach more people than ever before.
And, to celebrate the opening, Caine Performance will be offering a 10% discount on all remapping services throughout November.
