A hotel in Barrow is honouring Remembrance Day by providing free breakfasts for the Armed Forces.
The Holiday Inn Express on Market Street will be offering the free buffet meal on Sunday, November 10 between 7.30am and 10.30am.
This will be available to any veterans or actively serving personnel in the area, with verification possibly required on the day.

A spokesperson added: "We will be taking the time to remember the service and sacrifices the Armed Forces make on our behalf.
"Please join us to reflect on these sacrifices - we will also be holding a two-minute silence in the hotel at 11am."
In Barrow itself, the Remembrance Sunday procession will leave the town hall at 10:35 pm, arriving at the Cenotaph in time for the service to begin at 11am.
