A returning Halloween event in Ulverston has repeated its fundraising success, with donations ticking over £16,000.
The annual spooky soiree organised by Stollers took place last weekend at the Coronation Hall, with the community once again coming together to support St Mary's Hospice.
At the time of writing, the final fundraising total was still being added up as the Barrow-based company continued a partnership that has now been growing for several years with the charity.
Eden Stoller said: "St Mary's support the local community in such a vital way, and we choose to support them because that same community have backed us through five generations of being a family run business.
"Their dedication and care for people who come to them as strangers is admirable and something we hope everyone can adopt a little of in their own lives.
"We are also so proud of everyone who came out to support the event, by attending or by helping with organisation on the night."

Last year's party raised over £20,000 for the hospice, with the 2024 edition looking to have brought in a similar amount.
"I’d like to highlight Kindred Spirit for their amazing efforts on Saturday, pulling out all the stops with a fully themed cocktail menu," Eden added.
"Matrix Circus was outstandingly talented and terrifying as she welcomed guests and performed various acts to kick us off.
"Multiple other businesses - both local and national - and our suppliers were incredibly generous with donations of raffle and auction prizes, we couldn’t have done it without their support."
A spokesperson from St Mary's thanked everyone who was in attendance on the night, and shared how 'lucky' they are to have the continued commitment of Stollers behind them.
The business even left behind a giant balloon raven for the Coro to use throughout its upcoming events across the Halloween season.
