The book was originally started by both Si and Dave Myers, though the former committed himself to finishing the project in the wake of Dave's death in February this year.
Si said: "It's been a big loss but I'm coping okay - it's a big adjustment, but I know Dave would have wanted me to keep pushing on so that's what I'll do.
"I want to look after the legacy that we've built because I think it deserves the respect for the work that Dave and myself put into it.
"I'll continue to look after that and then there'll be some pastures new that will come my way, I'm sure."

The book is described as being a 'deeply personal' tribute to Dave as well as providing all the hearty recipes that the Hairy Bikers have become famous for over the past two decades.
"We're mates and just because Dave's passed doesn't stop him from being a friend - the spirit of our relationship will always be there, I think," Si added.
"And food should be a celebration, it's the social glue that we all have as human beings - the best thing in the world is when you sit round a table, you have food, and it's an expression of love to one another."
As the title suggests, the recipes included in the book are meals that have grown to be particular favourites of those close to the Hairy Bikers.

"It was incumbent on me as his best mate and I really wanted to finish it in his honour," he said.
"So that's what this book is all about, really - it's all those recipes that stuck with us over the years, it's full of heritage and it's full of stories and love."
