PROPERTIES are due to be left without electricity as part of a planner power cut.
Electricity North West said 22 properties in Barrow were due to temporarily left without power to allow work to take place.
It said properties in the Ormsgill area of the town would be without power on Saturday, October 26.
The follow postcodes are due to be affected: LA14 4HB, LA14 4QP, LA14 4RF, LA14 4RD, LA14 4RB, LA14 4QR.
Those affected will have been warned of the upcoming outage by the power network operator.
A spokesperson for Electricity North West said: "We invest millions every year into maintaining the local network.
"This helps us to ensure all areas of the North West region have a safe and secure supply of electricity for the future. Sometimes, this requires us to temporarily interrupt your supply so our engineers can work safely.
"We will always notify you in advance before we plan to interrupt your supply, unless it is an emergency situation we will not notify you."
