A MAN is set to appear in court after he allegedly stole a chocolate bars from a discount retail store in Barrow.
Dale Smith, 27, of McClintock Street, Barrow, is accused of stealing £40.20 worth of chocolate from B&M Bargains in Barrow.
The offence is said to have taken place on September 12.
He will offer an indication of plea to the charge at South Cumbria Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday.
