A restaurant in the Lake District has been supporting Cancer Research UK by creating a special pink cocktail.
Boardwalk Bar and Grill, found in Bowness-on-Windermere, have been selling a 'Pink Ribbon' cocktail crafted and curated by the team.
Last week, they shared that, through the initiative, they have managed to raise an 'impressive' £1,262, all of which will be going to the national charity.

Jamie Wilson, general manager at Boardwalk Bar and Grill, said: "We believe in giving back to our community and supporting important causes.
"Cancer affects so many lives, and we are grateful to our customers for joining us in this effort.
"Every cocktail sold brings us one step closer to making a difference."
The 'Pink Ribbon' cocktail is still available to buy at the restaurant, meaning the total so far is just a benchmark that the team now want to surpass.
They added: "Since launching the initiative, we have been overwhelmed by the support from our community and guests.
"The cocktail has not only become a favourite among patrons, but it has also served as a symbol of hope and solidarity in the battle against breast cancer."

The restaurant has won popularity as a welcoming dining establishment known for its 'delicious food, vibrant atmosphere, and community spirit'.
They have committed themselves to providing an 'exceptional experience' while supporting local and national charities.
Their latest round of fundraising has aligned with ongoing global awareness campaigns, with the team at Boardwalk Bar and Grill believing that their success 'demonstrates the power of community-driven initiatives'.
All funds raised will directly contribute to Cancer Research UK's mission to improve breast cancer prevention, diagnosis, and treatment.
"Boardwalk Bar and Grill invites everyone to continue enjoying our 'Pink Ribbon' cocktail and help us raise even more funds for this vital cause.
"Together, we can make a significant impact and help save lives."
