A BARROW dog owner has had his sentencing date fixed after admitting his pet injured a woman while dangerously out of control.
Nathaniel Shaw conceded that his brown Mastiff Cross had injured a woman in Chester Street, Barrow, on March 29 at South Cumbria Magistrates’ Court on August 22.
The 20-year-old, of Low White Close, will be sentenced on November 12 after magistrates adjourned the case once again on October 15.
He was granted unconditional bail.
The sentencing exercise is estimated to take three hours.
