An upcoming event in south Cumbria has promised the 'biggest night of the year' to support Bay Search and Rescue.
Hosted by The Red Rose in Ulverston and organised by Playdale Playgrounds, the charity pub quiz night will take place on Friday, October 25.
There will be a quiz, raffle, stand-up bingo, and a prize up for grabs for the winning bingo team as the Ulverston-based company looks to support its local rescue team.
Money raised on the night will also go to Right to Play UK, who help children across the globe 'rise above adversity' using the power of play and education.
A spokesperson from Playdale Playgrounds added: "Any contribution will be deeply appreciated, and together, we can effect positive change within our community."
The company is also organising a charity coach trip to Manchester city centre on Saturday, November 2, with the £30 tickets going towards the two organisations as well.
