An estate agents in south Cumbria has been looking back on 20 years of service.
The Hackney & Leigh branch in Grange-over-Sands reached the landmark milestone on Friday, October 11.
The business itself dates back to 1982, when Derrick Hackney and John Leigh came together to open their first shops in Ambleside, Windermere and Kendal.

A spokesperson commented: "Over the last 20 years, we have been proud to help thousands of people move home in the Grange area and we can't believe how fast the time has gone.
"We would like to say a huge thank you to all of our Grange team for all of their hard work - here's to the next 20 years!"
Hackney & Leigh now boast nine offices in the region, with over 60 team members keeping the company running on a daily basis.
