A new pub in Barrow is getting ready to open its doors for the first time later this week.
The Tipsy Shamrock, an Irish bar, will be found at 26-28 Cavendish Street and will be pulling pints from Thursday, October 17 at a later time of 9pm.
The new establishment will only be open to people aged over 21 with the team now getting 'excited' about welcoming customers having officially teased its opening back at the start of September.

The Tipsy Shamrock has taken over what was formerly The Barrow Arms, a gastro-pub that closed for the final time in May 2022.
The previous landlord put this down to rising costs and there being 'no life in the town anymore', but The Tipsy Shamrock plans on rectifying this for the foreseeable future.
The team are also on the hunt for people to join the bar staff and you can contact thetipsyshamrock@gmail.com if interested.
