A new shop in Barrow is hoping to make itself the go-to place for hosting local events.

Coffee d'Ash, owned and operated by Ashley Holroyd and wife Sarah, opened the doors to its first permanent shop on Portland Walk at the end of September.

Having previously been a solely mobile and pop-up service, the business is now looking to expand once again.

The pair said: "You know we love our community and being able to offer you our space to hire and also offer you events of our own is really exciting for us moving forward.

"Whether you want to hire the space for your birthday, a Christmas do, and christenings, or maybe you fancy hosting a workshop or team meeting, this is the place for you to come to."
