A business in Barrow has set itself a £10,000 fundraising challenge for the next 12 months.
It was revealed on Tuesday, October 8 that MKM Barrow had once again chosen St Mary's Hospice of Ulverston as its Charity of the Year throughout 2024 and 2025.
One of the hospice's 'compassionate companies', MKM will now be looking to bring in £10,000 to support the charity's 'vital' work in the community.
A spokesperson from St Mary's commented: "We are so grateful for their commitment and can’t wait to see what we can achieve together.
"Thank you to the amazing team at MKM Barrow for believing in our mission and supporting the hospice throughout the coming year."
The MKM Barrow team, who are found on Park Road, said that they were 'very proud' to have made the commitment.
