School kids in Barrow are coming together this week to create a new anthem for their hometown.
Pupils at Greengate Junior, Sacred Heart and Our Lady of the Rosary schools have been working with the Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra since September.
They will be performing at The Forum on Friday, October 11 as part of Sing '24, an annual event that puts the talents of local children front and centre.
This has been organised as part of Barrow Music Week, and will centre around the theme of 'Regenerate and Recreate'.
Working alongside the orchestra, the pupils will showcase their take on a Barrow Music Week anthem.
Later in the evening, the children will once again perform with the orchestra and award-winning musician Jasdeep Singh Degun at The Forum at 6pm and Barrow Town Hall at 7pm.
