A business in Ulverston is going from 'strength to strength' after picking up a recent award nomination.
Last month, The Mail launched the 'Best Beauty Salon 2024' award to promote the people who are bringing a dash of glamour to the region.
Our readers were invited to nominate the businesses they felt were deserving of the accolade, with 10 finalists selected from those results.
Voting has been taking place since Monday and will be open until Saturday, October 12.

Out of the finalists, only one business hails from Ulverston, which has seen Eden Beauty Rooms at 10 Soutergate pick up the nomination.
Faye Lacey, who owns and manages the salon, said: "Thank you to our customers who have kindly nominated us - we will be 18 years old this year which is a huge milestone!
"We have always prided ourselves from the very start from only using the best quality products for all our treatments."
Faye was the one to open the doors to Eden Beauty Rooms nearly two decades ago, and has built up a team of seven 'fantastic' therapists.
"They have all been in the industry for over a decade and specialise in different areas of beauty.
"You will always get a professional service from us all but also a warm and friendly welcome - we are all passionate about what we do and I think that shows in our treatments."
For Faye, being named as the best salon in Furness will be the latest sign of success for the group.
She added: "The business is going from strength to strength, and we are often booked up a month in advance.
"But we always have time for training and we look forward to working with our brands and training for some new exciting treatments in 2025."
