A well-being group has confirmed that it will be moving its upcoming meeting to Appleby Public Hall.
Renew Wellbeing Eden is a local branch of a national registered charity that helps churches open spaces of for over 18s in partnership with mental health teams to improve mental and emotional wellbeing.
These cafe-style spaces are run by local churches and see hobbies and activities shared or co-produced and each space is attached to a quiet room or prayer space where inner habits of wellbeing are shared.
The Eden group was due to meet at Appleby Eden Cricket Club on Friday, October 4, however, will now meet in the Supper Room in Appleby Public Hall between 9.30am and 2pm.
Writing on social media ahead of the event, they said: "Whether you're already a regular or have never been before you are welcome to join us for refreshments, crafts, games, chat, and simply a place to be."
