A group of motorbike lovers recreated Dave Day for nursing home residents in Barrow this week.
The event unfolded outside Risedale Nursing Home on Abbey Road on Tuesday, October 1 between 1pm and 2pm.
The afternoon was a chance for people living at the home to reminisce about their biking days, as well as keeping the Dave Day spirit alive.

The original spectacle took place in June, when thousands of riders travelled from London to Barrow to honour the life of Dave Myers.
And, whilst the size of the crowds might have been smaller, the recent recreation still saw 36 bikers delight locals and 'made their day'.
Rich Tav, the owner of Tav's Inn Burger Van on Walney Island, was originally approached by Sarah Regen from the home in the hope of making the day possible.
After putting out an appeal on Facebook and on the popular Dave Day group, he was met with an outpouring of support from people looking to get involved.

Enthusiasts such as Phil Kenny - a Royal British Legion (RBL) Riders Branch member - showed up and invited staff at the nursing home to ride with him in his sidecar, giving people their first taste of what it feels like to hit the road.
One of the attendees said: "I went along to get some photos, what a fabulous atmosphere - I don't know who was enjoying it the most, the residents, the bikers or the staff! 35 bikes and all different!
"It certainly was an amazing sight and really lifted everyone's spirits, lots of the men reminisced about their younger days and owning bikes.
"I know first hand that the staff at Risedale are truly amazing and work so hard but yet make time to make things special for the residents and this is why the staff and residents have a strong bond!
"Well done everyone for creating a Dave Day - Dave himself would be proud."
