AN HISTORIC Cumbrian hotel has unveiled 10 new luxury bedrooms within a newly restored barn building.

Sella Park Country House Hotel at Calder Bridge has announced the completion of the additional bedrooms, which are now open to guests.

The newly opened Sella Barn has been brought to life by the in-house maintenance team from Muncaster Castle, Pennington Hotels’ own development team, along with local business suppliers.

Each room provides a ‘relaxing, contemporary’ environment, while maintaining the unique character of the building's historic origins. The new rooms cater to both leisure and business travellers.

The hotel will continue to strengthen its partnership with its sister property, The Pennington in Ravenglass and the other properties within Pennington Hotels group and close connection with the historic visitor attraction of Muncaster Castle.
