People in Barrow are being encouraged to don their Lederhosen this weekend as a popular event returns.
Barrow Raiders will once again be hosting their own take on Oktoberfest at the MKM Marquee on Saturday, October 5.
This will be the event's fourth year in what has grown to be a well-attended and popular date on the local calendar, proving 'something a little different' for residents to enjoy.
A spokesperson from Barrow Raiders said: "We have top Oompah band Flat Cap Brass providing musical entertainment, supported by singer George Balm and DJ Phil Lees.
"It promises to be a great day and there will be German food and steins on sale.
"And we will be encouraging guests to dress up in their lederhosen to get into the spirit of the occasion."
Doors will open at 3pm and tickets can still be bought online via Raiders' event section, though there will also be an option to pay at the gate.
