Over 100 acres of land in the heart of the Lake District is available to buy up until this coming Wednesday.
The agricultural land at High Sweden Bridge in Ambleside stretches across 133.06 acres and is up for sale by informal tender.
The tender deadline has been set at noon on Wednesday, September 25, with an asking price set at £310,000.
The land is an extensive natural habitat rich in biodiversity with potential for Environmental Stewardship Schemes.
It is available to buy as a whole or in three lots: Lot One covers 6.5 acres for offers over £75,000; Lot Two covers 4.74 acres for offers over £40,000; and Lot Three covers 121.82 acres for offers over £195,000.
All three lots benefit from access points from Sweden Bridge Lane, natural water supplies, and 'impressive panoramic views' over the surrounding Lake District Fells and Windermere.
