A comedy hypnosis show scheduled to entertain audiences at The Laurel and Hardy Museum in Ulverston on Saturday has been cancelled.
The show, at The Bowler Bar on Brogden Street, was going to be a homecoming performance for talented Barrovian Dave Rawson.
Dave lived in Barrow between 1982 and 1997 while performing sell-out shows at The Forum and the Coronation Hall in Ulverston.
He then moved to Ibiza where, for the next 20 years, he was one of the region's most popular comedy hypnotists, eventually bringing his act to cruise ships and a tour around Asia.
The show was billed as ‘amazing’ and ‘hilarious’ and included special guests from the North Western Society of Magicians.
Contact the museum for refunds.
