The latest show due to perform at The Forum has been postponed following the theatre's closure.

Limehouse Lizzy was scheduled to perform in Barrow on September 28 but will now head to The Coro in Ulverston on March 22 next year instead.

This comes after it was announced in August that The Forum's theatre would be closed for up to six months following the discovery of asbestos in the backstage area.

Whilst the rest of the site, including the cafe and meeting rooms, remains open, the disruption has resulted in several shows being cancelled or relocated.

The Thin Lizzy tribute band confirmed that tickets bought for the original date will remain valid and will be honoured on the night.

Those who cannot make the rescheduled performance will be granted a full refund, with tickets to the new show available to buy here.
