A rock band is using its upcoming tour across the UK to encourage men to open up about their mental health.
Massive Wagons, who come from Lancaster, will be hitting the road in November and will be spreading the positive message that Andy's Man Club has grown to be known for throughout the country.
Massive Wagons will be well known in the Furness area thanks to the large role they played in the Dave Day celebrations, with the Barrow branch of Andy's Man Club fully onboard with the plans.
A representative of the group said: "I can't tell you just how much this means - not just at Andy's Man Club in Barrow but everyone involved.
"It’s a taboo subject but it needs as much support as possible and I’m sure it’ll go on for years to come."
With each show, the band will be inviting representatives - otherwise known as facilitators - to set up stalls at the venues, so that the charity's work can be put in the spotlight.

Guitarist Adam Thistlethwaite said: "We couldn’t be more onboard with what Andy’s Man Club stand for and their message - their team are lovely people and it’s a real bonus for us to spread their word along with our music.
"It can be hard for anyone to admit they are having a difficult time, but focusing on breaking down the social and mental blocks that make it especially difficult for some men to come forward, that has been sorely needed and is highly commendable.
"I just hope that our involvement with Andy’s Man Club further spreads this message and encourages more people to take that first step, and speaking from personal experience it really does help."
The decision by Massive Wagons comes after the response following their latest release 'Night Skies', which is a part of their upcoming album 'Earth to Grace'.
The song's message revolves around men learning to open up, with the band now hoping that bringing this on the road will help it reach a larger audience.
