A pub in Barrow is looking to involve the community in its proposed plans to host a fireworks display.
The team at Crofters on Holdbeck Park Avenue are hoping to put on the show on November 5, and is now looking for feedback and opinions from local residents.
In what would be a 'very organised' event, the pub has teamed up with Mike Corkan - who specialises in laser light displays - and DJ Brad Morris to make it a night to remember.
It will be a ticketed event, ensuring that the number of guests remains reasonable, as well as helping with the costs for the pub itself.
Tickets will go on sale on Thursday, September 26, costing £5 for adults and £3 for children, which can be collected from Crofters.
The team is now hoping that the community 'will come together and support' the endeavour, allowing the event to be a spectacle as well as keeping in mind the people living nearby.
