BARROW striker Katia Kouyate said 'me and EA have beef' after he unveiled his first card for the EAFC 25 video game.

In a light-hearted video released by Barrow AFC, the 21-year-old from Manchester took a look at the ranking given by game developer EA Sports for the upcoming game.

This is Kouyaté's first season for the club after finishing a two-year contract at Everton as a youth player.

Starting the video he called his pace score of 78 'atrocious.' "I've ran past Premier League players - I'm quick. This is atrocious," he said.

Moving on to shooting, he said he would 'take' 52 but added 'arguably, could be higher.'

He then called his passing score of 38 'abysmal' and 'crazy.' "Need to have a word with them about this," Kouyaté said.

In response to EA giving him 54 dribbling, Kouyate said: "This one, this one is beef - me and EA have beef, we have beef. 54 dribbling? That's my game. Don't tell me I'm a 54 dribbler that's crazy."

For defending Kouyate was given a 23. "You know what I would say that's a bit of a vio (violation) I like to say I get back, help my teammates out - I might switch off the odd couple of occasions but apart from that I think my defending should be higher," he argued.

He said he would take his physicality score of 60 as he was 'still a young boy in the league.'

He was 'not happy' with his overall rating of 54. "I'm not happy at all. I think it should be at least 64," he said. Kouyate then complained about his picture, calling it an 'absolute vio' as other players got 'nice' pictures but he received one where he was sweating in a game and with a different hairstyle.

His picture also has him in an Everton kit.

Ending the video, Kouyate thanked EA for his first card, adding: "It's a positive I guess in the end finally made it on the game - been playing for a long time so it's nice to finally be acknowledged and get put on the game.

"So big up EA but at the same time - some things I can't say on camera."
