A church has been transformed by a knitted Bible exhibition.
St Peter’s Church, in Lindal in Furness, is hosting a national touring exhibition featuring 36 scenes from the Bible, all recreated with knitted figures and animals.
The unique display, created by St George's Reformed Church in Hartlepool, spans from the Creation to Jesus' breakfast on the beach after the resurrection.
Each scene is paired with a story and space for quiet reflection.
The exhibition is open every day until Thursday, September 26, from 1pm to 4pm.
Admission is free, and light refreshments are available.
Groups can arrange visits by contacting Shirley Glover, secretary of the Parochial Church Council, on 07840 031 342.
This is the last chance for residents to see the display before it continues its national tour.
