Barrow-born Danny Andrews is out to prove every little helps after becoming the face of Tesco's revamped Meal Deals healthy combination.
The 34-year-old went 'viral' after appearing on BBC Three’s Baby Face Body Builders documentary in 2007 at 16 explaining his stringent 'fish and a rice cake' diet for an upcoming bodybuilding competition.
After the launch of his own food brand Danny's Protein Rice Cakes in June, the bodybuilder is now part of a new Tesco Food campaign.
The supermarket's beloved Meal Deal has been given a revamp with improved ingredients and the introduction of a plethora of new products.
The Tesco Meal Deal 'Your Best Combo, Made Better’ campaign sees fans from all walks of life stating why their combination is the best.
Set in an urban park, a man is about upload a picture of his favourite 'chicken salad sandwich' combination, which 'slaps', to Instagram before a random workman rates his choice '2 out of 10'.
The workman then suggests that if he wants a 'ten out of ten', then he should get a triple, Snickers and a Lucozade.
A woman then calls that combo 'basic' suggesting a chicken club, battered sausage roll and a smoothie is the way to go.

Danny, who is bench pressing in the park, then interrupts shouting 'naahhh' and that she needs a healthy protein-filled option of a 'chicken salad, U-Fit and an egg pot'.
Danny said he was excited to get involved.
He said: "I really enjoyed it - it was my first acting gig. Granted I was playing myself so wasn’t it too much of a reach but I did enjoy it.
"I agreed in the hope when Danny's Protein Rice Cakes are fully ready, we can get them into the stores."
It was only in the last few years that Danny has embraced the attention that being a 'meme' has afforded him.
The recreation of his famous clip from 17 years ago garnered millions of views on TikTok this year and Danny has since formed a 'bromance' with Gladiator giant Jamie Christian and recently appeared on Channel 4's Celebs Go Dating.
The entrepreneur, who runs a successful barber in Preston, added: "The last few months, I have just said 'yes' to any opportunities that have come my way.
"I am on my way now to film a TV series for five weeks so it's exciting times."
