A ONE-bedroom flat could be sold for as little as £1,000.
The accommodation is marketed by BP Auctions, which is based in Birmingham, with a guide price of £1,000.
It will go up for sale at online auction on Monday September 16 at 12.50pm.
Bidding will close 48 hours later, at 12.50pm on Wednesday September 18.
The flat includes a hall, bedroom, lounge, kitchen and bathroom.
The estate agent described it as an ‘investment property’ and advised that online bidding pre-registration is required via the BP Auctions website.
According to the listing, the flat, which looks like it is in need of some work, could fetch around £550 on the rental market.
Nearby apartments have gone up for auction with similar bargain guide prices, with another previously going under the hammer with a guide price of £1.
